I absolutly hate it when people look back at Disney movies when they are older and critize them
They talk about how they are bad influences for kids. When I was a little girl I wanted to be Cinderella because I wanted to be a princess and live “happily ever after.” The older you get the more you realize that isn’t true, and that you don’t need a man to save you. Let kids have that feeling though don’t try to ruin it for them by saying “you don’t need saving from a man” or “happily ever after doesn’t exist” they will find that out for themselves; we all have, but at least let them pretend it is real while they’re kids. That is the nice thing about being a kid you get to pretend, till one day the real world hits you. Disney helps capture that kid in you, and that innocence of not knowing what the real world is, so don’t ruin it for yourself by scrutinizing it as an adult and picking out everything bad about it.
at SDSU (First pick so far, and I am really proud cause it in general is harder to get into than UCLA, just not for my major! My counselor told me I probably wouldn’t get in, but I did! Also they have a great, but impacted film school.)
and CSULA (It looked promising till I read more about it so probably no)
I got denied from UCLA (which doesn’t surprise me since they only accept 15 people into the film program every year, but you gotta try right?)
I am waiting on UCI still which is pissing me the fuck off cause they are waiting till the last minute to give me an answer! (If I get in I am buying a Disneyland Premium Pass and going every weekend of my life.)
